Delivery Days

  Products not tailored (such as ready-to-wear kimonos and accessories): shipped within one to two business days

  Pattern-made products:
  shipped within three to four weeks

  Custom-order products:
  shipped within around three weeks of size confirmation

  Please be aware that, due to an influx of orders or other reasons, delivery may be delayed or products may be out of stock or sold out.

• [Shipping]
  The number of shipping days varies according to the region. The days required for delivery to each region are based on Sagawa Express and Yamato Express shipping days.

  *Note that delivery may take longer due to transportation or weather conditions, or other reasons, as well as to remote islands.

  *Our customer support personnel will contact customers living in some remote islands or regions where Sagawa Express and Yamato Express does not provide cash-on-delivery services.

Shipping Company

• Orders will be delivered by Sagawa Express and Yamato Express .

Shipping Fee

• A flat rate of 750 yen (excluding tax) for delivery within Japan.
  It is free shipping by purchase 8,000 yen (tax-excluded) or more.
  For overseas delivery, even if you purchase over 8,000 yen (excluding tax), we will charge the shipping fee according to EMS.

Tracking of Delivery Status

• The shipping status can be tracked on “Track a package” URL by using the tracking number shown in the email “Order Shipment Notification” sent after shipment of the product.

Overseas Shipping

• In the case of an overseas shipping address, an additional shipping fee will be charged according to the region of delivery and the weight of purchased products. Customers designating an overseas address will be notified by our customer service personnel at a later date of the total charge that includes an additional overseas shipping fee.
